Puerto Blanco Drive to Quitobaquito

Finish the drive from the Lukeville Port of Entry out to Quitobaquito Springs in the Organ Pipe Cactus National Monument. One of the really unique things about this drive is that you're only about 100 feet from a major Mexican Federal Highway. As you drive past truck stops and cafes that sit along that Mexican Highway, it really does hammer home the concept of "Feet Away, But Worlds Apart".
