I chased the May 31st storms from behind the dryline where I was safe and out of harm's way. With a similar setup to May 20th and a PDS (Particularly Dangerous Situation) Tornado Watch in effect, the stakes were way too high to put myself in the path of these violent storms. I went way to the west to let storms initiate and then approached the storms and followed them back towards the Oklahoma City area. I pulled off on a dirt road just south of the Clinton/Weatherford area and had a spectacular front row seat all to myself to sit there and watch the action.
